We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot. For same-day or next-day bookings, call us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes — we offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring bookings. Recurring clients also receive a loyalty discount: 15% off weekly, 10% off bi-weekly, and 5% off monthly bookings.

Our listed prices cover standard homes up to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Larger homes, heavily soiled spaces, or homes with pets may be quoted at a slightly higher rate. We'll always confirm the final price before we begin.

We accept all major credit cards, Interac e-transfer, and cash. Payment is due on the day of service. We do not store card details — all payments are processed securely.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $30 late-cancellation fee. No-shows are charged the full service amount.

A standard clean covers dusting all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, wiping countertops and appliance exteriors, cleaning mirrors, emptying bins, and sanitizing high-touch areas like door handles and light switches.

A deep clean includes everything in a standard clean, plus inside oven and fridge cleaning, grout and tile scrubbing, inside cabinets and drawers, washing baseboards and window sills, and cleaning behind and under furniture. It's ideal for first-time clients or seasonal resets.

Absolutely. We offer a range of add-ons — including oven deep clean, fridge deep clean, interior windows, laundry, balcony sweep, and more — that can be added to any plan at the time of booking. See our Pricing page for the full add-on list.

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic, and biodegradable cleaning products that are safe for children, pets, and the environment. If you have specific allergies or product preferences, let us know at booking and we'll accommodate you.
